about

I wrote this song in one day on a rainy afternoon in March. It's about the Summer, even though I wrote it in the Spring. It's a sad song.

lyrics

I’m pathetic, broken bones.
Take my headache, leave me alone.

I walked to the old cafe where we first met.

I’m surrounded by withered flowers.
Desiccated, beautiful.

Empathetic, I feel sad.
Your heart’s racing.

Tell me something I don’t know.
Quiet exchange, I’ll just go.

Coffee’s too hot, for Summer days.
I’m stuck in, this heat wave daze.

about

Coffee Boy Boston, Massachusetts

I like sad songs and coffee. I make pour over at home, but I don't have an espresso machine so I go to coffee shops often. I also sing and play guitar in an emo band called Torpids.
